29 Scouts from Groombridge, Southon, Alpha, Phoenix, Wadhurst and Mayfield hiked 16km on a circuit over the South Downs between Kingston and Woodingdean, with 7kg rucksacks on a (literally) brilliant "summer's day" with clear skies and fantastic views across to Firle Beacon, Mount Caburn and Lewes.
