Recognition of People in Ashdown Scout District 		Action Pact 2008 was located in the Peak District, Tony Thompson and Martyn Everitt joined 29 other adults from all over East Sussex for a great relaxing weekend with a wide range of walks from short ones that included multiple pubs to ones over the top of Kinder Scout.
The food was excellent as was the Guide bunk house with great company.
The weather was mild and largely dry but very windy, with speeds over 50mph on the top producing a large wind chill. See the below photos of Kinder Downfall (or rather Upfall) where all the water was being blown up over Kinder Scout.
